After 14 years of servicing my 2012 Lexus RX 350 exclusively here, an exhaust rattle developed right after a tire service. Instead of fixing a detached heat shield as a comeback, they charged over 600 dollars for a full assembly replacement. Management initially posted a public reply promising to address the issue, but no one ever reached out, and zero follow-up was made to resolve the charges.
