I have been a loyal Toyota and Lexus customer for years. Before my current 2023 Lexus NX 350h, I owned a Lexus UX 250. Prior to that, I owned a Toyota RAV4 and a Toyota Highlander. I attempted to replace the brakes on my 2023 Lexus NX 350h with only 37,000 miles. I couldn't remove the lug nuts because they had seized. I then took the vehicle to a certified mechanic, who told me this is a known issue with these Lexus lug nuts. They broke two wheel lock keys, had to drill out two lug nuts, and even cracked a Snap-on socket to get the wheels off.
