Lied, deceptive, and not transparent Lied They claimed that the reason I have to put so much down on a lease was because of the taxes. When asked if they were taxing me on the MSRP of the vehicle or the lease payments, they said MSRP. I asked the loan financier, too. This is not legal. Deceptive I knew my credit score was borderline tier 1. The sales guy did a hard check and said it was a 733 Experian with the lowest being 690. Sales department is good, the related collision shop is terrible. The first time we were there they told us three days for repairs when we dropped it off. After 5 days I called and gal said "We have your car?'" After a long delay, gal gets back on the phone and says "It will be ready in three days." This vehicle had roof damage from the car carrier - major repair. We picked it up late evening in the dark at their request, noticed the damage the next morning later when we looked down at it. Did my research, decided on a Kia Sportage, found one I liked. Called Northtown KIA on 10/28/24, around noon, talked to Charles, gave me all the info I asked for. me all the info I asked for. We texted and around 5 PM on 20/29/25 they delivered my Kia, registered, plated, insured, and ready to drive. Charle, and Josh got me financed with a great rate, lower than the rate my bank offered. Worst experience purchasing a car ever. lied to about car having a new battery,had to replace 2 weeks later.would.not repair cruise control,leaky tire that was supposed to be repaired,wasn't . Mr.laven ignored our emails.and.phone calls.
