The worst customer service: Update 11/20/21. We scheduled an oil change, tire rotation, inspection, and asked them to check the charger since often it becomes stuck and we have to lift the hood and find the release button. When we picked it up, they'd not checked the charger and said we would have to reschedule for another day or leave it there.
