My daughter's car needed brakes while she was away at college. Northtown was the closest Honda dealership to her school so I called to set up an appointment. While making the appointment, I specifically told the person on the phone that since I'm an hour and a half away, I'd be paying for the repairs over the phone. When my daughter went to pick up her car, they told her she had to pay as they didn't take payments over the phone. Tried to get in touch with the manager to no avail. I went in with the intention of leaving with a vehicle in which had a deal listed on THIER ******** page. I was instead told that the deal was written improperly even though it was posted a month ago & still valid for another 4 weeks. Will never shop here ever again, and would not recommend to anyone looking to not getting screwed over.

When service does a multi point inspection they don’t actually check everything on that list. My car battery died a week after having service done there with a multi point inspection. The service manager there just told me it’s because “we don’t always have the time to do that.” Luckily I had ***, but I only got that because the car I bought there started shaking at a red light or stop sign. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE, you will regret it I promise you. I recently bought a car from here snd they slapped an inspection ticket in it, they don’t do the 150 point inspection, because my brakes were bad and a sensor was bad, snd now they have had my car for almost a week and they tried to tell my partner that it is on nation wide back order, and when I called the parts stores to ask them they said they were full of shit I could have it delivered to my house no later than Friday. NewHRV Lease about to expire- met with Scott Socha who patiently explained to this senior citizens + or - of lease or buy. I never felt pressured or rushed and left a few hours later with new leased vehicle. Also met Patrick Coyle who was also very personable. I give my experience a 10!

These People Are AWESOME Thank you so much for a great experience Kristian made everything simple for me. I have had some crummy experiences with other dealerships and I am so happy I ended up here as a result of my online searches. (They had what I was hoping to get) at a cost that worked for me) I did not feel one drop of pressure or any other type of discomfort. My questions were answered with more that because that's how we do it. I am super happy with Northtown Honda. Thanks so much

2022 Honda Civic Sport Touring Great environment and atmosphere, I was in desperate need of a new car but the anxiety melts away as soon as you step in the front door. Surprise Costs We came to the dealer with a vehicle in mind. After test driving, we decided that we would like to purchase. During negotiations we were informed that the additional cost they were allowed to apply to the MSRP was not being applied - it was later added to the final vehicle price though. Sealant costs were also put on the contract prior to discussion.
