RecommendedI was extremely impressed with the customer I received. They went above and beyond to get my husband's truck repaired and back to us. They took care of the insurance and provided a loaner vehicle. I have never had a need to use a collision repair shop before but I know who I will use again and recommend to my family and friends.
My truck was repaired right. Extremely impressed by the customer service and all the extra things they did. This review cannot even begin to cover all that was done and how impressed I am. And I'm picky. Never had any vehicle in a collision repair shop, but now I know I'd never go anywhere else, hands down. Handled insurance all the way up to my rental. Outstanding job.

This is a great job. It has Ben a few years since I've been there but they fixed my minivan after I was in a head on collision and made it brand new and the customer service that I received the owner himself made me feel like I was number one. I would recommend anyone to go there they deal with the insurance company no stress for you fantastic craftsmanship.
Getting in a fender bender is not fun at all but I AM glad that I got my repairs done at Northtown Collision. Charlie, Ann, and the whole team were friendly, professional, kept me informed throughout the repair process, and even set up my rental for me. I’m super impressed and cannot recommend them enough.
