Excellent. The seller not only sent me a picture of the part, but also sent me the shipping tracking and was willing to work with me to fix a difficult situation. Hard to find part for an old vehicle that I would have probably had to get from Japan otherwise. Excellent service, and he was very kind to me on the phone. Most of these parts places treat people badly, but he did not. He treated me with kindness and understanding and he saved the day with this part.
