I liked you guys at first place with your service. But lately, had a very bad guest experience. Was not even able to speak to a manager to resolve the issue.
NorthStream was able to take care of my testing requirements in a very timely fashion. All of the staff were very nice and professional. I highly recommend their service. You can count on them to deliver!
The best experience I’ve had at a lab in forever! Donna was extremely kind, professional, and she went above and beyond to answer my questions and find out answers at different resources for my upcoming travel restrictions and the need for PCR testing across the globe. I HIGHLY recommend you go to NorthStream labs if you are in need for a professional fast service at reasonable pricing, especially if you’re in need for PCR covid test for travel purposes.
Donna has went above and beyond. I had 2 of my guys stranded at the airport due to some mis information... Northstream got them both tested and on the next flight that same day.
