Absolutely HORRIBLE management. At 1st I thought, maybe they just needed an adjustment period (they bought from a private owner), but as time went on it almost seems as if they are looking for anyway to nickel and dime all tenants for every little thing making even the simplest issues into long drawn-out tedious problems. On top of that the attitude of the "manager" is so detached and borderline intentionally dismissive of tenants. There is a complete lack of respect and privacy. I HIGHLY ADVISE YOU RENT ELSEWHERE.
As a conglomerate in the city/campus area they have zero insensitive to communicate effectively and posses integrity. This is also one of those places that will find a reason to not give you your deposit back, listing things like “cleaning light fixtures” or “cleaning cabinets”. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere, they’re likely still in business by praying on young students and/or their parents trying to find short term housing for OSU.
