It’s been 10 weeks, still waiting for simple orthotics. Now telling me we’re waiting for a “special piece” to make them. Originally told me 4-6 weeks, then 2 months, now who knows when… The longer it takes them, the sooner I have to buy another set. $$$$$

Horrible experience. Uncomfortable, painful, embarrassing, and virtually no empathy. I will not even go back for the follow-up appointment.
Had a successful surgery with Dr Hembre and staff. Doctor explained in detail what to expect prior,during, and after surgery. Surgery and recovery went as planned. Excellent care from Doctor and his staff. Highly recommended this practice.
