Nightmare. Less than a minute with the doc. Every time I’ve been there, I’ve seen a different doctor because the one I saw previously is not there anymore. My insurance was to pay for my orthotics. The bill was wrong, code was wrong, and it took me from February to May to get it paid. Bill department is severely understaffed. I finally got my deposit back late May. I’ll find another podiatrist.
Doctor Cole Hembre fixed my foot. My right foot was in bad shape, alot of pain and numbness.The whole foot felt terrible and it was difficult to pin point the source of it all.I could not stand or walk and depended on crutches and a wheelchair. I decided to get surgery for my bunion. I wish I would have done a lot more studying because it's been 9 months and I am still in pain except now its just a different kind of pain. It really sucks because before my surgery I could walk miles and only be sore at the end of the day . I was told that by now I should be better but I'm hurting after a half a mile and forget about having a house cleaning day! I have gained weight and am not able to get it off. Dr. Hembre is excellent! He is kind, clear, listens and has a great bedside manner! I had surgery at Mercy out pt in Redding and it was excellent! Im on the mend and couldn't be more pleased w my experience! 🦶 thank you Dr. Hembre and staff!
