One of the worst overall experiences I've ever had. The lack of CLEAR communication between the company and us was ridiculous. So many hidden fees and astronomical rents. Listing homes that aren't "allowed" to be a part of the program and just the absolute shady nature of the entire experience has left me feeling very burned. I will NEVER recommend this company, their real estate agents, or rental company with their "right to purchase" homes to any of my friends or family. The new security login is terrible. There's no 'remeber me' feature, can't use password manager. Have to manually type NRDS # and password every time to use MLS. This has certainly created a greater security risk than what was before. The new mls mobile browser view is also terrible. Can't view search history, defaults to fields that are rarely used. Doesn't have Showtime integration to schedule showings. I hope this all improves.
