I'm so grateful to have found Northstar wellness. I love yoga class and all the props.
My first visit was nothing short of amazing. I left feeling relaxed and armed with the knowledge to help my back continue to heal. Very professional and kind. Looking forward to another visit soon!
John was very polite and professional. I had the deep tissue massage and my muscles were worse off than I thought. To try and keep them more relaxed I even made an appointment for next week. Will probably plan on going once a month or so for a while. Julie

As usual, Ray and John are THE best! Their attention to detail, whether it is a massage session or a yoga class, is incredibly personal and fulfilling, both mentally and physically!
