RecommendedI strongly recommend NorthStar Wellness! I just love going to the yoga classes (they have helped me so much)! ...and the massage is out of this world! I am 65+ haha, and both have helped me so much in keeping fit and healthy. The sauna is great too! Don’t forget the shop has so many items, you will be surprised at all the different goodies and good for you too! You won’t be disappointed!!!
