My cat had an accident at home, so out of an abundance of concern I took him to NorthStar. We were seen promptly at triage, and saw a vet within 20 minutes. Everyone was knowledgeable and explained treatment and medications so I would understand.
Last night, I brought my sweet Bella girl in, who hasn't been herself, and sparing the internet the details, I rushed her over to North Star. I have to say, everything happened so fast, but they provided all the information and then gave us space with her to make a tough decision. The staff was kind and supportive, loving her with me as I had to say goodbye. I will never forget them, and I am grateful.
Northstar has been very good to my pets since coming to Brick. Dr Taylor was very helpful, courteous, and kind. Appreciate his help. Will return if needed further.
