My cat was battling cancer and was unable to walk and I knew it was time to let him go. The compassion from the front desk to the doctor who came in and everyone in between made this horrible heartbreaking night a little less painful. They were kind, understanding and just absolutely wonderful. If you are faced with this terrible decision, know that you will be in the best hands here
Overall very happy w my dogs care! Staff and Dr were kind and attentive. I did not feel like they were trying to “upsell” as I have experienced at other vets. The Dr apologized for the wait even though it was minimal which was considerate. I was happy to wait knowing she would get good care. The only negative was there was some dried blood on the floor in the waiting area and exam room.
Love this place for my fur baby.
The staff was very friendly and attentive. Great that they are open 24 hours. Definitely recommend!
We cannot thank the staff at NorthStar VETS in Brick enough. This morning we found a lump on our granddog which we are watching for our daughter while she is on vacation. The staff was attentive and compassionate. They were amazing!!! Thank you!
