Friend of mine took their dog there last night, and she was told to bring their dog home and let it rest after threw up blood, and then I had feces of blood. You could’ve killed her dog what are discussing display of veterinarians. Not to mention your charged her almost $1000. I would stay clear of this place.

Very kind staff. The Vet even had a very calming voice over the phone. He explained everything he was going to do and the cost so you are up to speed on everything.
I have tried with two different vets to figure out what was wrong with Bogie, my chihuahua, who I suspected had some kind of endochren disorder. I was told his blood tests were fine and was shamed by my primary vet because he is overweight. Finally as he became worse, I went to Northstar and Dr. Puchot, an Internist figured out quickly that he has Cushings disease, which accounts for his hunger, increased thirst and urination. I had to bring my pup in this weekend after she started having cluster seizures, and my vet sent me to the animal hospital. They recommended North Star and I couldn’t be more thankful they did! The staff was polite and amazing and explained everything to me thoroughly... they really helped calm my nerves with all of the craziness of her being admitted and trying to keep her seizure free for 24 hours. From the front desk , to the tech and our vet Dr. Wylie, it was a pleasant and professional! With COVID restrictions in place, we were kept informed every step of the way. They cared about our dog and it was obvious they truly wanted to help.
