I do not recommend this place I use to work here..... I do not know where to start well Minnnie new manager she was the worse manager ever she will make us do her daamm work she is so lazy and also a noisy wants to be on everybody business............... Also they will have providers with no license will practice on patients .......... pls people do not trust this ppl they are horrible they only want to bill the insurance they don't care about the patients health at all I had the worse experience ever.......... idk how this ... read more
First visit: Called insurance and they said it was the only Urgent Care we could use. Went there mid morning on a Saturday. Got there and someone started screaming at us from the parking lot that they were closed. Went in since door was open, they said they didn't have patients so they closed. Hours are until like 6 pm. Second visit: Needed an MRI of shoulder and the works. Come to find out the Imaging isn't part of their Urgent Care. Really had a funny feeling about the place. Published hours are incorrect. This place is closed Sundays.
May be "out of network" on insurance plans resulting in bigger bill later.. Dr under investigation for illegal billing and kickbacks... I have been here twice, the staff was really nice and friendly, and very reassuring. Testing and seeing the doctor were both fast, and I was sent on my way with treatment and prescriptions. WAY better than ER or other urgent care centers in the area.
