Great place! Trainers are super friendly and extremely encouraging! The facility is clean and organized. The equipment is top notch!! I struggled with chronic back pain from sports for a while and the trainer Connor fixed it! 10/10 totally recommend!
Can’t say enough about the positive impact NorthStar Sports has had on all 3 of my children’s athletic development and performance beginning in middle school, intensifying in high school, and ultimately prepared/enabled them to play D1 football and D1/D3 volleyball in college.
