-100 rating. I would never recommend anyone to live in one of their properties. First they treat the residents very horrible. Everything is always breaking. They don’t want to fix anything even before COVID 19. I also believe they get their Appliances from the garbage, and try to fix them for the residents. The truth is when they leave the door the oven still doesn’t work, the dryer still doesn’t work. I just believe since most of the people have section 8, they treat them like animals.
