Worst experience I’ve EVER had buying a house and I’ve bought 5. Vonda Higgs makes promises she doesn’t keep and is very condescending when I’d ask questions she’d reply with “what are you talking about” “it’s done” and this morning at 8am she actually texted “are you drunk”?! Most unprofessional person I’ve ever worked with honestly. I’m just so glad I’ve closed and hope to never cross paths w her again.
I have had the pleasure of working with Boyd and Vonda Higgs for almost 25 years. They have now sold 4 residential properties in Rockingham and Guilford county for me over the years. They are great people who work extremely hard for their clients, and get results. They have the knowledge and contacts to quickly handle any issue that may arise.
