They park numerous commercial vehicles in our Warner Ranch in Gilbert residential parking. Its been going on for over a year. So NOT there for any project. Its owner or employess. Either way its bs. Quite being so cheap and rent a yard! It's beyond ridiculous! Update to "owner response". You're run a SMALL pool company. Don't try to hide behind some "ROBOTIC RESPONSE". We had several bids from different companies and Northstar was slightly the best. Robert was very responsive when texting and getting information. He sent his bid when he said he would. His team did excellent work and we love the finished project. We got new cool decking and calcium removal from the pool. Added a new BBQ also. Removed old sandstone from the sides of the pool and added some travertine tile. Entire family is loving the look. From the beginning of our project to its completion North Star pools was great. We had numerous projects and the workers were very competent and pleasant to deal with and the work was finished on schedule. The owner Robert was very knowledgeable, friendly, and was very easy to work with. We would highly recommend North Star pools.

I didn't like my experience with North Star/ Robert. He doesn't respond to phone calls or emails or text messages. There is no sense of urgency to get back to his clients and you have to message or call multiple times to get a response. He did a fair job on my pool but I can't get a hold of him to come out to warranty anything.
