We have use North star three times for completely different matters and every time I have been very prompt, professional and a great value. We would recommend this company for others too! Edit July 2026: they helped again!!!
Did a great job . Installed a new ejector pump for our sewage pit. Also upgraded our sump pit with a 2nd sump pump and battery/ backup combo unit. Managed to fit it all into the sump pit. The worker's (dont recall their names) who did the work. Where courteous and professional. Took approximately 3 hours. After, they explained in detail all they did, and how it all works. My new go to for plumbing. Definitely a 5 star operation.
Great service, been using Northstar plumbing for many years great people. Some services can be expensive for an older retire wish you had senior discounts. Maybe soon thank you
We had two small projects - one a sticky single faucet lever and the other a leak at a lever which controlled water to the outside. Two of Northstar's plumbers arrived on schedule and worked efficiently to repair both problems to my satisfaction. They even checked and rebuilt a second, matching faucet to the sticky one, so that both handles are now very easy to operate.
