Jay was AWESOME! My neighbor put a big dent on the passenger side of my Tesla (on the crease no less). Jay met me at the shop where they were replacing my PPF, he fixed it right there and then. Quick, reliable, excellent communication, reasonably priced, amazing technique. I can't say enough good things. His workmanship was so good I couldn't tell where the dent was when he was done.
