There should be the option of putting zero stars. Do NOT do business with this company. This place was used by my home warranty company to fix an A/C...after months of excuses, non-response, and rescheduling, they then demanded my payment before completing the work. My guess, they do crappy work, so they don't want to worry about not getting paid. It doesn't work that way. There's a reason they have an average 1 star rating. I am a cancer pt on chemotherapy, my homeowners First American gave the contract to this company and it was a nightmare. First after I explained the situation the lady was very nice and had empathy and told me that the technitian will be here in 2 days. Now in 5 days and to call my insurance company and hung up. Now First American assigned another 1 star rating, I wonder is because they are cheaper. I have been with First American fof 15 years, but if this continues I am changing company
Out of all of my interactions with any type of company, this is the absolute the worst company that I ever had to deal with. Everyone that is speaking on their experience is telling the truth. Never seen or dealt with anything like it. I waited for a technician to come by after they told me someone would be here from 9-5 the day before with at 35-40min call beforehand. I have been stood up three times waiting to get a fan motor installed in my ac unit. Today, I called them in the morning and they said the technician would be here between 8-5. I called them aat noon. They said he's on his way. I called at 4. They said he should be on his way. It's now 6:21 pm and no technician has shown up.They repeatedly lie, lie, lie. 0 stars to them and should not be in business.
