I'm sad to say it but Northstar is a huge rip off. They close at a whim, refuse to give you your money back for any reason. So not stay here
Massive ski resort. Well maintained.
Worst rental experiences I have ever had in Northstar. I checked in early and the staff told me that they would message me once the unit was ready. We called them a few times to check and they told me that the housekeeping team was still working in the unit. We waited till 4pm and turned out no one was there. They just hold our unit for no reason. On the day of checking out (check out time was 11am) I was woken up by the housekeeping team around 7:30. I told them we were going to check out at 11.
