Massive ski resort. Well maintained.
Worst rental experiences I have ever had in Northstar. I checked in early and the staff told me that they would message me once the unit was ready. We called them a few times to check and they told me that the housekeeping team was still working in the unit. We waited till 4pm and turned out no one was there. They just hold our unit for no reason. On the day of checking out (check out time was 11am) I was woken up by the housekeeping team around 7:30. I told them we were going to check out at 11. Made a reservation for the condos at Northstar. They don't provide any details regarding where your reserved condo is located. However, our listing did state a 5-10min walk to the village. I called to confirm the distance as our party included an infant and my grandmother. They confirmed that they would note the account and confirmed arrangements for our situation.
