The place is clean, organized, new. The receptionist answers the phone right away (unlike some other service centers). The guys are very professional, friendly and knowledgable, and won't add services that you don't need, which I really appreciate. James was extremely helpful, kind and responsive. This place will be my go-to for servicing my Kia.
Picked up my mothers vehicle from service due to brand new vehicle coolant hose coming off and overheating. After the repair was done, engine bay was still covered in coolant. There is coolant all over alternator and belt as well. Which can cause both alternator to fail and belt to slip off. I am very disappointed on how nothing was cleaned after the repair was done. It shows that there is no pride in the repair.
THIS PLACE IS A SCAM , FEW MONTH AGO I WENT IN TO CHANGE BRAKE PADS WHICH WAS DONE BUT COME TO FIND OUT THEY INSTALLED AFTER MARKET BRAKE PADS , ON TOP OF THAT INSTALLMENT DONE INCORRECT , DECIDED TO TAKE MY VEHICLE TO A DIFFERENT SERVICE PLACE AND WAS TOLD BY THE TECH PADS AFTER MARKET AND JOB WASNT DONE CORRECTLY , CONTACTED NORTHSTAR SERVICE AND SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER EDWIN , HIS FAVORITE WORD WAS COME IN AND LET ME TAKE A LOOK , TOOK THE AFTER MARKET PADS TO HIM DIRECTLY , REFUSE LET HIM TAKE PADS TO THE BACK ALONE HE KI... read more
