I take my Kia to get serviced at this location. I usually work with James who always treats me with kindness and professionalism. This location has an extremely clean waiting area and I am always greeted within moments of me entering. Every time I come here my car is always offered a car wash which I appreciate. Anytime I need to call the office I never deal with a wait time. All the staff here is nice and professional.
James was the person who helped me and when I went to get my car serviced he helped on a very polite manner and was professional.
I recently had my car serviced here, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The staff was professional, friendly, and took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done without any pressure. I really appreciate James for assisting me in such a great manner and professionalism.
I’ve been coming here for years. James and Paula have always been good to me. Their mechanic, Diego was extremely rude and disrespectful towards me. I was standing right in front of a vending machine thinking about what to buy, and my car happened to be 5 feet away so I was just staring at it for a quick second.
