I had an outstanding experience at Northstar Kia, and I want to give special recognition to Edward, the Service Manager, and Cosmo, my Service Advisor. These two are the reason I’ll keep coming back. They went ahead and changed my front light without telling me though stating it wasnt working. I came in for recall work--free. Charged me $60, handed me a dead bulb. It was for sure working, and if it wasnt i wouldve changed it easily myself. As someone who checked prior, drove at night past cops night before and literally use my light at night when handling trash on premise, I was dumbfounded. The level of unprofessionalism and incompetence demonstrated by the staff of the Kia service center is mind-boggling. They made all kinds of excuses for their ineptitude, and did not make me feel like a valued customer at all. Shame on whoever is running that place. They need to train their staff about customer service, owning their mistakes and making things right when they do make a mistake. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
