I I have very mixed feelings about my experiences with Dr. Munteanu. On one hand, she took the time to provide thorough explanations of medications, and was very attentive to my bloodwork. I’ve been going to Northstar for over 10 years. For the first half of that time, I saw Dr. Gonzales, which was fine, but when he left the office, I had to choose a new doctor, and that’s when I met Dr. Munteanu. She is truly incredible, and here’s why. So many people say their doctor doesn’t show genuine interest in their health, life, or overall well-being. I’ve been coming here for two years, but was shocked to be charged $443 for a standard annual checkup and dealing with other hidden fees that were not disclosed upfront on top of that. This lack of transparency is frustrating and makes me question continuing care here.
Jeffery, the front desk clerk is wonderful. He is the go to person.
