This place has literally messed up my drug tests twice. Apparently they lost my last sample. How does that even happen? I knew something would happen too since the staff seemed all over the place and rushed to have me leave. Dr. Salamanca has been wonderful. Just don’t get drug tests here.
If you come across Isaac Luna, consider yourself well taken care of. Isaac is full of compassion and self less care, and he always made me feel welcome, heard and supported. Bittersweet to leave his care, and I wish him all the best in his career at Northstar. Shout out to Dr. Andra Munteanu. I want to caution all patients about Dr. Brownlee. He is very unprofessional, rude, and egotistic. I made the mistake of putting my trust and health in his hands as my primary care physician. I felt I was just getting treatment for my diabetes not trying to fix the root cause. Every time I came in, it was an increase in medication. No diet, no new approach, just come in, increase, and get out because he was overbooked. I suppose overbooking brings in the cash flow. I highly recommend this practice. It is so incredibly welcoming and inviting. Dr Stokes and the whole crew including the front desk team and Stacy were a dream. So glad to finally find a Dr who doesn’t view me as part of the system.
