We were invited to stay in guest suite for a couple of days. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. The residents were very friendly, as well. The staff here are SIMPLY AMAZING! Lori is the activity director and she goes out of her way with ideas plus staying late to make it happen! Jennifer is ALWAYS available for answering ANY questions and giving directions plus helping with internet. Amanda brings so much joy and helps in SO MANY different positions.This group makes living here a joy!
I have lived at Northstar Georgetown for almost 2 years. I love the community we have and I absolutely love our management; specifically Hannah, our assistant manager. She is always so helpful and patient. I visited Hannah yesterday morning for a bit of business then headed out of Georgetown to South Austin. I got back home about 5:00p.m. and hung out at the pool with some of our community...the golden girls...lol. Anyhow I left the pool area to go home and realized I couldn't find my keys. Tremendous assembly of community oriented professionals creating a delightful blend of fun and fellowship for a growing group of active seniors. Jennifer and Lori prepare fun activities and outings that make the entertainment we enjoy here excèptional.
I was very pleased and impressed with my visit in North Star apartments. I took my daughter with me so that she could give her opinion. Jenniffer was very informative and pleasant to deal with. I look forward to moving to North Star in November I would sooner but I don’t want to break a lease. I love the floorplans . I love the grounds and how clean they were. It seems to be a very nice, clean and safe place to live. With a lot of activities.
