I’ve lived at Northstar Georgetown for over four years. I’ve met and know many friends and neighbors through the weekly community events, game nights and activities. I just put several maintenance requests in and the response and work done was great! Very quiet with nice neighbors
If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. My mother passed away suddenly in January, and finalizing matters with Northstar Georgetown has been an absolute nightmare. Mistake after mistake has been made on their end, and it feels as though they are doing everything possible to avoid working with me. I have thorough documentation of every communication, and after nine months of trying to resolve this, I’m still getting nowhere. The whole experience of touring this community was exceptional. Staff really makes you feel like you are family and the resident community seemed very welcoming and friendly.
