If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. My mother passed away suddenly in January, and finalizing matters with Northstar Georgetown has been an absolute nightmare. Mistake after mistake has been made on their end, and it feels as though they are doing everything possible to avoid working with me. The whole experience of touring this community was exceptional. Staff really makes you feel like you are family and the resident community seemed very welcoming and friendly.
Good place to cheek in
We were invited to stay in guest suite for a couple of days. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. The residents were very friendly, as well. The staff here are SIMPLY AMAZING! Lori is the activity director and she goes out of her way with ideas plus staying late to make it happen! Jennifer is ALWAYS available for answering ANY questions and giving directions plus helping with internet. Amanda brings so much joy and helps in SO MANY different positions.This group makes living here a joy!
