Hey viewers, just so you know that new ownership took over 1 month ago & it has been a drastic change in the care/management of the place. So any reviews before June 24, 2026 are no longer applicable. The grass hasn't been mowed since the new ownership. Frequently email requests for facility information is ignored. Incorrect charges on monthly rent statements are seen with no explanation when asked. Since the change-over from our beloved Northstar 55+ to Sage, multifamily, within the last month, it has been beyond depressing. Brighton management is already showing disrespect towards the seniors here, especially the way we were notified of the change. It was tacky. The leasing agent, Keirsa (?), is beyond rude and unprofessional for her young age. Ty, the manager who has never managed a 55+, does not reply to his emails. My wife and I have lived here going on 4 years. Although management has changed from time to time, the office and maintenance staff are superb! They handle each confrontation professionally and they are so informative. I love living here and looking forward to renewing my lease!
I just got moved in and I gotta say I love this so far! Tylan and Victoria have been really helpful these past few days and I can’t thank them enough for their service!
Please note that the reviews are not for Sage at Georgetown. They are for NorthStar Georgetown that no longer exists. The property was sold in June 2026 and is being converted to a lower end multi-family complex. Look for reviews from July 2026 and newer for the most recent reviews. Lori, the activities director, is no longer with the property.
