Mary Ann made buying our house a pleasant and easy process. She was always in communication with us and the lender every step of the way. Mary Ann is very knowledgeable and worked hard using her experience to make the loan possible even though our credit scores were below average. I would highly recommend her for she gave us H.O.P.E when we were unsure that we'd get approved for a loan. There were last minute things the lender wanted 4 days before our closing and we still closed on time!!
