Do not go here unless you want poor care and poor service! I have never ever in my life encountered a business with such poor care/service and unwillingness to fix what they screwed up.

Park Dental Maplewood is charging patients $69 for missed appointments, which is not disclosed up front or on their website. I received a bill for $139.84 for two missed appointments for my older son. One missed appointment is $69, plus filing fees. The clinic never disclosed the charge/fee up front. I was not able to find the disclosure of the fee on their website, in the new patient section, nor was I ever told of the charge as a new patient. Excellent service . These dentist have a caring and gentle touch. They are able to put the patient at ease and the dental work is painless.
I called as a new patient for this dental office needing dental service because I was in a lot of pain at the time and thought I perhaps needed a tooth extraction. The person who answered told me they didn't have time for me because a tooth extraction cuold take up to an hour. No offer of an appointment later on. Jjust "We don't have time for you." Well, in that case, I don't have time for them. I called another dental office and was accommodated with curtesy.
