My experience with Mr. Chris Profaci of Northstar Commercial Construction was very pleasant. He was very professional, punctual, concise and his follow-up is exemplary. I would highly recommend Northstar Commercial because of my experience with him.
Northstar did a great job at a commercial building I own. He soundproofed a large 3 car commercial garage and took care of some draining issues, by installing a 15’ drain and diverting the water away from the building. His estimate was very fair and he completed the work on time. I would recommend him highly .
I work with Chris on couple of big projects and he did an excellent job. My first project is a liquor store which was in very bad shape. I hire an architect for the new design and make use of space efficiently and ended up paying ten's of thousands and we have made no progress due to skyrocketing project cost. Chris seems really fair at first . We had a setback due to his blueprints being halfassed and he refused to pay final payment . Talks a good game and stabs you in the back I do not recommend him for a doghouse build .
Does not pay workers! Lied about pay and refused to pay me!! I did everything that they needed me to do, yet still no pay?
