Tyler Cooper was my service advisor on October 30, 2025. He was wonderful, well informed and very attentive. This is not a surprise as I have never had a negative experience at Mohawk Chevy. I had the opportunity to watch the interaction with all of the service advisors, as I was in the area for quite some time. They all exhibited warm and friendly demeanors, while working at a rapid pace. Craig, another service advisor checked on me as well, offering water and coffee. If I could give all of them 10 stars, I would!!
I came from work and my dog goes everywhere with me. I was getting an inspection which should only take 30 minutes but an hour and half later I walked back in to be told, “oh yeah I was just about to call you.” Like really it’s cold and getting dark. I walked my dog around the property for 1 1/2 hours and didn’t even get a response when I texted to ask if it was really going to take 2 hours. I will get my vehicle serviced somewhere else. Honestly, I was blown away by the customer care I received from representative Zachary Mohan. I have never been more satisfied anywhere else with a customer representative. He went above and beyond, and even further, greatly appreciated the service, which left me almost speechless. I was completely astonished at how much detail and precision he put into making sure all my needs were met.
Great service, and friendly, too.
