First service on my new Tahoe, followed by a car wash!
Such poor service. I was originally told 2 hours and my service ended up taking 5 hours without any care or apology. Unrealistic expectations were set and there was a lack of explanation when questioned why it was taking so long.
Great service
Each time I go for service at Mohawk, the attendants are kind, knowledgeable and respectful! My truck is serviced at the rate promised and usually given a courtesy wash! Other than pricing, I have nothing but high praise for Mohawk Chevy!
They had my truck for 3 days for some servicing, well they ignored SEVERAL of my calls asking for a status on it (on separate days too). As if that wasn't bad enough, despite me providing the EXACT step by step bulletins to do the job they had no idea how to do, they then lied to my face when I picked it up claiming it was done. I will never come back nor do I recommend anyone comes to a dealership like this that will use such tactics.
