If I could give them a 0 I would. They never called or showed up. They never returned my calls. I had to find a different company which is very sad when your loved one needs help now.
I was referred to this clinic as I live in pain every single day of my life. I was told I would be called in a couple days. I gave them grace and waited a week before I decided to call them. They closed my case and never said anything to me or let my provider know that they ONLY help the terminally ill. I think "we'll only serve you if you're dying" is a terrible business motto.
