We closed in 9/2022 on a 3700 sf 2 story. The house seemed hot upstairs from the start. We had HM and AirTron come out but they said all was fine. Move to 2023 summer and it was hot again. We had a few AC companies come out who all said the AC was undersized. Airtron and HM wouldn't do anything. Now we're entering summer 24 and we have two window units and a portable AC up stairs to supplement in a $500k house. Go figure. We like our house cooler than some at 68 but not unreasonably cool.
