My son was home this weekend from college and needed his mountain bike fixed. We were referred to Northstar Bicycle by Dick's Sporting. My husband called and was told that there was only one person working on Saturday (9/23/17), and he was swamped getting ready for a bike race but he would see what he could do. The gentleman worked his magic, fixed the bike while taking care of numerous customers. Great experience and thankful for the help!
Great service!!!! Was and still getting many times over the time and care to ensure the best fit and performance of a new bicycle than any other shop where I have purchased a bike. This has continued even though I am very difficult to fit with long legs relative to my upper torso. Thanks for the great service and attention given to me by everyone at your shop!!!!
