Terrible service, the customer service agent Briana was rude to the pilots and passengers. Our passengers were waiting in their car because she didnt have line service agent to open the door. This is NOT how you treat customers. Especially private jet customers. They dont even provide simple newspaper!! Very disappointing, will use this FBO again...

Clean facility with all the amenities, a beautiful pilot👩✈️👨✈️ lounge🏋️♂️🚿☕ and very friendly staff👋👋.
