RecommendedI never write reviews, but Upper Arlington/North Star Animal Care have gone above and beyond within the past year to take care of my two cats. One was close to death last year from malpractice of a different veterinary clinic in the city, and Upper Arlington Veterinary Hospital worked us in same-day to make sure my cat got the treatment that he needed. RecommendedThere are no words to express how wonderful the staff is at Upper Arlington Veterinary Hospital! We had an emergency situation with our dog Owen last night, and they allowed us to come in within 5 minutes of a phone conversation (as a completely new patient) and gave him the best care we’ve ever experienced. Not only was he in panic mode, but so was I, and I can’t thank them enough for getting him back on the road to normal & healthy again! RecommendedI cannot say enough wonderful things about this practice. I've been taking my cats here for 6 years, and the level of expertise, care, and compassionate is unparalleled. My cats have had some drastic medical problems, including chronic pancreatitis and cancer, and the vets, especially the incomparable Dr. Heather Giatis, have taken such good care of them. Seriously, just take your pets here. It's worth every penny.

I went through both ups and downs with my dogs health. Dr. Parsons and his entire staff we so caring, welcoming, and empathetic I could never imagine going to another vet in columbus. The last 6 months with my dog were very trying and their patience, caring, and sincerity were a major help. I cannot Express how wonderful they really are.
We had a great experience while our dog was alive… Although they were a bit more expensive we really felt a personal connection with the vet. The problem that I have is when our dog passed away and we notify them via email was in sincerity in the email back that we got… This review was not emotionally driven as it has been nearly 5 months since our dog passed, I would say that we are at peace, but I would just but expect a little bit more sincerity.
Words cannot express how we feel about Dr Parson and his staff ��� The best people, The best care, all make a difference. Our pack is forever grateful for their kindness and care. Lou dog will live because of their caring & skill. From bitch in heat questions, pregnancy care, new pup checkups & spay to dental surgery, seizure treatment & antifreeze poisoning Recovery!
