This company is awful! I’ve been dealing with this company for over a year. They keep resubmitting bills to insurance without adjusting my out of pocket portion. Have to retell the year long story everytime to still not have my bill adjusted accordingly. I’ve spent HOURS trying to get this sorted out.
They are a nightmare to deal with re: billing and payment issues so deducted stars. My doctors have used them for more than one surgery though, and my surgeries were seamless . I was very well cared for, no problems.
This company has to be worse company,I have never dealt with my doctor used them for a outpatient procedure I had done. Finally received a bill after my insurance paided basically 95 % of bill. Since day 1 received nothing but emails and texts ,you have a outstanding bill. I owned them 140.00 .I payed it down too 29.50 nothing but emails, texts outstanding bill. I called last week with some questions about my bill. The person I spoke to said they would put a hold on my bill until they had spoken to my insurance company again and that they would email me all information they had. I never recieved any email, they did not contact my insurance like they said they would and I recieved an email today stating it was the last day for me to pay my bill or set up a payment plan. I would give them 0 stars if possible.
This company is TERRBILE. They don't know what they are doing. They charged me separate from my insurance because they used someone else's information! Then they said don't worry about the bill, a few days later the claims went through and now they are still sending me to collections. My Insurance is trying to contact them to assure them the claims have been paid in full by them but now they just don't answer their phone. WORST COMPANY EVER!
