I am a vendor for them, they didnt pay us and ghosted us. We did good work, like really good work. Sent photos, before, during, and after. What a joke DO NOT HIRE THEM!!
Beware hiring for property preservation. They only contract the worst or laziest contractors. All you have to do is take a picture of a mop and you will get paid to clean. Therefore nothing ever gets done properly because they do not pay enough to actually do the work. I once had one of their contractors come and turn the water on at a house when I was replacing the washer hook ups. Water heater was left on the highest setting all winter. No winterization signs.
