This company is a joke, much like Hudson Homes Management who uses this company for their repairs. I called the emergency line Saturday in regards to the nest of birds their negligence had allowed into my home, had died and started to smell of rot and decay in my bedroom where my attic access is. I called 3 times and never got an answer as to when someone with a ladder will come and remove these health hazards. As writing this this is the 3rd day in 90 degree heat these dead animals have been in my attic.
