The staff was good, but the vet that Dallas seen was not, he stuck him 3 times in the back leg and then 2 times in the shoulder, he could not handle the needle at all..
This wonderful place saved 6 out of 7 of my pups with parvo, my 6wk old kitty with pneumonia and giving great care to my new pup. I will never go anywhere else for pet care, I don't care how far I would have to travel.

They are the best! Always helpful and caring about my fur baby. Love the grooming dept also. They make Ginger look so pretty!
Any time I call, they get me in asap..I love this place...took Ms Boo yesterday...she calmed right down when we saw Dr Eli and I'm always grateful for the care they've given my cats when I go.
I'd never take another animal here, nor would I suggest it, they were heartless, when came to my son's cat, they didn't care & just handed him over like he wasn't anything to us. ..he eventually passed, no thanks to northside.
Misty feels good and smells good after her bath. When her nails are trimmed and filed she does not shred my legs and arms.
