Melonie day has to be the worst person for this position... not once have I talked to her and she didnt have a attitude. I'm harassed about my apartment being dirty and I clean the day before a inspection, she also lies about how dirty your apartment is saying my carpet was soild and to me that's really bad, I had three little stains and she said she would keep my deposit cause of that even tho I didnt have new carpet when i still had the vacume out from vacuuming.. Absolutely horrible. My family and I have only been here a year and the landlord wont renew our lease despite paying rent on time and not causing trouble. Melanie Day is very rude and unprofessional. She is uncaring about my disabilities and wants to "renovate" after a year? Yeah...okay. Dont waste your $1,200 here. The only amenity is a washer and dryer in the basement that you can only access by going outside. There is no pool, park or anything. The biggest Issue here is the woman who runs the properties, Melanie Day. She is overly rude, gives maybe 12 hours notice before an inspection, and does not keep her word when told of things that need to be repaired when told about them upon moving in. She has even gone so far as to threaten to call CPS because we didn't work all through the night to clean the property to her exact specifications. Do not get suckered into paying exorbitant rent for a horrible townhouse apartment! For most of the last 20 years, I have lived in a rental property of one sort or another. Most of them have been traditional apartments or townhouse style apartments. Aside from a couple of places I rented while I was in school, this is the worst place I have ever rented.
