I called a couple of weeks ago to set up an appointment for today. I went through the process of setting up a profile over the phone, confirmed my appointment time and doctor, and was instructed to fast beforehand for bloodwork. When I showed up today, my appointment wasn't on the schedule. It appears the phone representative set up my profile but never actually booked the appointment. If you want to be gaslit, told your symptoms aren't real, be told you have a referral and wait 2 months but then they can't find it in the system, have the Dr use an AI recording device so she doesn't have to bother typing, be booked an appointment for bloodwork they don't do, please go here and see Dr. Priya Kurl. This is fully-embodied negligence.
