RecommendedNorthside has helped me twice now in the time I've lived in the village... each time they have been beyond professional. especially the most recent time where the driver was delayed thru no fault of his own. I didn't catch his name but he was beyond helpful with keeping me updated with his ETA. Once he arrived he took extra care to safely get my car up on the flatbed.. I'd recommend these guys to anyone who needs help with their vehicle!
I have used Northside for decades. Great customer service. Great work. Never do more than they need to on your vehicle. Miss seeing Lance’s smiling face. But the guys are doing a great job of carrying on the place. 👍👍👍

I've been going to this place for close to 10 years. I've never been blown away with their service but it always got the job done. My last experience not only drove me to never ever go there again, but also write this review so hopefully other people don't either. took my truck there with parts I wanted replaced and discovered a few weeks later when I had to repair truck again said parts were never installed . 700 dollars in labor was also charged for oil change and I had just changed oil with high dollar synthetic oil just prior to taking it there 2 miles on oil change . you be the judge
I wanted to send a shout-out to the crew at Northside for helping me out last Sunday. My cars starter decided it had enough and left me stranded at Lowe's in Brockport. They showed up, towed me to their shop and had me up and running on Monday. Thanks again for the quick turnaround.
Highly recommend John and his staff at Northside. My son is a student at Suny Brockport we live 4 1/2hrs away. Not only was John honest with us about the overall condition of his car but him not wanting us to dump money into a vehicle that wasn’t worth it speaks volumes. He could of taken us for a lot but instead his concern for my sons safety is what got me. Highly recommended Northside Service Center there are far and few between honest affordable mechanics and you sir are one of them.
They do good work for the $$$$$$$$. They told a friend to stop paying them to fix her car as it was costing her more then a car payment. Now they could have just kept taking her money but they didn't. So when I moved to town and she told me that I started going to them. Never dissatisfied after 10 years.
Northside Service Center recently replaced my rack and pinion steering under warranty, (thank you) and while there, they performed other maintenance I had requested. I had a problem develop after, and although I believe it was a supplier issue and was not their fault, they went over and above by seeing it was corrected. I was very concerned, but John and Eric were first class. Thank you Northside! *****Five stars
