The “manager” Mike has a very concerning definition of good customer service. My boyfriend ordered something from this company and wanted to exchange the item to order a different one, the woman he first spoke to said sure no problem. She transferred him to Mike and then my boyfriend decided he just wanted to cancel his order and get a refund, as he ended up ordering from a different company. Mike and everyone at Northside is incredibly knowledgeable and they are always prompt with helping us with any issues we may have with products we have purchased from them. Highly recommend.
