I work for a very large manufacturing company in Colorado Springs, CO that uses several numerous toxic chemicals and have ordered several Dräger products in order to do personal and area monitoring. The “manager” Mike has a very concerning definition of good customer service. My boyfriend ordered something from this company and wanted to exchange the item to order a different one, the woman he first spoke to said sure no problem. She transferred him to Mike and then my boyfriend decided he just wanted to cancel his order and get a refund, as he ended up ordering from a different company.
