Edit: It gets even better. I got another 410 USD fee in the mail because of "emergency X-Ray". What emergency? I will be taking these people to the BBB for an investigation. They charged me $600 for an ultrasound. Let me repeat that. Up front cost of $600. For just a liver ultrasound. I was assured that this would be the "reasonable charge" and should not go above this. After being diagnosed with MS 25 years ago, I would consider myself a pro of getting CT and MRI scans completed. Throughout the years I have been to every medical outlet, from hospitals to privately owned facilities for these procedures. Today my wife and I both were scheduled for CT scans with one being at 1:30 and the other at 2:00 PM. Went in for a shoulder MRI. Had one at a walk up MRI place for $450 that was good but came here expecting it to be a little more to get better detail and had been a couple of years. Billed to my insurance so far is $13,000 dollars making my portion $2100. This with no warning and no heads up. Trying to warn everyone I know to avoid this place but one stopped me and said same place did the same thing to him so BEWARE. The woman that did my ultrasound was horrendous to deal with. Hard to fathom how you can be that rude and inconsiderate in such a short amount of time. Go anywhere else.
Extremely clean and attractive facility. Front office staff friendly and efficient. Easy to schedule appointment. Technician very compassionate and efficient.
