Super helpful polite and great service. I don't know the young blokes name that served me but he was great and knew his job well. Have used this company in the past and can say will use again.
Have dealt with northside roofing and found them to be super friendly, efficient, easy to speak to and communicate with. Thank you northside roofing, will definitely be using you again if need arises and recommending this business
3 times Rob told me he'd call me back to verify if they had brackets for a gutter. 3 times I had to chase him up. Over a week wasted. Ordered flashing through them which was wrong when I collected. Customer service is poor. Will not be using them ever again. Rob has responded to my review stating he gave me 2 other companies to try, and if I don't hear from him, he has been unsuccessful. Excellent service from the front desk all the way through to the installation, these guys had great prices and the turn around from first contact to completion was outstanding, highly recommend for quality and promp service,
