What a great experience for something I was dreading!!! I was welcomed by the extremely friendly receptionist where I was quickly checked in for my appointment. It wasn’t long before James called me back for my MRI. He was so nice and reassuring. He took all the time I needed to feel comfortable and explained every step of the procedure. I experienced 5 star service today!
Front desk was very professional and extremely helpful and made my first Visit a great experience. I received a Five Star Treatment.

Nobody calls back for scheduling even though it was STAT. Called and called and finally got through. Was told Dr needed to fax the referral and they would call when received. Gave me the wrong number for fax. Called them back to follow up and told tthat my Cigna was out of network even though I'm in the same town. Started the process on Monday, told no go on Wednesday afternoon.
Front Desk RUDE. Specifically Tyyanna Williams. Please get better customer service!!!!!!!! On another note MRI tech BALFFOUR perfect. He is friendly and attentive. He gets 5 stars.
