Trouble from the start. I had to pay $1300 before I even moved in! $450 for security deposit, $450 for first month AND ANOTHER $450 for last month's rent. Why would one ever ask a college student for $1300?! They don't have that kind of money! Also, there was never a community feel. I never knew my neighbors. Not one. I would absolutely look elsewhere for an apartment. LASTLY, DO NOT EXPECT a full security deposit. I cleaned the ENTIRE place top to bottom so that I could receive my full deposit back.
