Northside has failed to offer trustworthy services. Individuals are subjected to unreliable drug testing, twice the testing has suggested a positive reading and one has been proved to be an error on their behalf after being sent to another laboratory, still waiting on the newest false positive to be disputed. I feel it unjust to individuals who may require drug testing due to work related injuries whom may have a valid claim with workers compensation who are denied do to improper handling. If I could give less than one star, I would. The staff here is rude and don't care about helping their patients at all. They treat you like a number instead of as a person and could care less about creating a welcomed atmosphere. If you ask a question to the staff or office manager, you will be replied to with eye rolling and disrespect. Their hours are false and they will quit taking patients whenever they feel like it. My mother and father are both patients with Northside Urgent Care and have been since 2009. Dr. Ferguson is absolutely amazing. The problem with the clinic is that the staff is rude and less then helpful. They had a P.A. on staff who misdiagnosed my mother not once, not twice, but three times. He almost caused her to die. Her illness was so severe, she had a massive stroke and is now wheelchair bound and may loss her legs. The carelessness of this clinic is inexcusable. They do not take your health seriously. Terrible new office manager. They lie about charges for self pay patients. The office manager is rude and ghetto. Good luck with getting simple refills!
