The doctors are fine but the nurses have a major attitude problem. The horrible nurses make the good doctors not even worth it. That’s probably why they’re always accepting new patients. Just don’t waste your time with any Northside place because they do not care about you only your money
This is awful a friend has been out of one if her meds been calling all week no call back horrible office who does that. Had to go to the tge Er hirribnkt happy left several messages for the doctor. So sad
I was a patient when they were Gwinnett Family Medical. But when Samuels left I had to find another primary. But recently I switched back. I love Byrd! But the reason I came back was Kimberly in front office. She has always taken care of ALL of the referrals I need for Tricare. Always. She is amazing. It looks like wherever she may go, I would gladly follow. Kimberly, you are greatly appreciated!
