The staff is wonderful. the service is excellent.
You know how they say refill all at once per month and you will get a text when filled? what a lie it's been 3 time's set up for text and still don't get one. and getting refilled all at same time will not be d this is at Maysville officeone.

I was just at Northside Oxygen and Medical. I was purchasing a transport chair for my mom and really knew nothing about it. Jessie was so kind and helpful and made it a very stress free experience. Thank you Jessie for your amazing customer service 😊
I was at the Bell Street store yesterday & was treated very rudely by one of the clerks. I was looking for Ted Hose. I told the clerk I was traveling & how my feet swell. She didn’t care & was rude & unprofessional. I left there crying & stressed out. I then went to the Northside oxygen & medical equipment & was treated so nice.
I have always had good experiences getting prescriptions filled here. I was stressed yesterday, because there were some changes and I had to get prescription wound wash for my son’s ankle laceration. The very nice technician at Northside Pharmacy on Bell Street in Zanesville who helped me gave me a tremendous hug as she resolved the issue! It was so reassuring.
